摘要
以梁渠沟大桥波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续刚构桥混凝土施工为依托,对C60高性能混凝土的配合比设计优化与施工技术的研究进行阐述,其重点就高性能混凝土配合比设计添加优质粉煤灰、矿粉掺合料的配合比优化,得以具有较高施工性能的施工配合比,在高墩、大跨桥梁中使用的施工技术进行论述,以供同行学习提高。
Based on the concrete construction of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs of Liangqugou Bridge,this paper expounds the design optimization and construction technology of mixture ratio of C60 high-strength concrete,and focuses on the optimization of high-strength concrete adding high-quality fly ash and slag powder admixture material,so as to obtain the construction mix proportion with high construction performance.This paper discusses the construction technology used in the high pier and long-span bridge,so as to provide peer learning and improvement.
