技术引进法国高速道岔主要病害及整治措施

摘要 高速铁路道岔除要满足列车高速运行外,在安全性、平稳性、舒适性和可靠性等方面都提出了更高的要求。随着运营时间增长、通过总重增加及道岔工作状态的不断恶化,道岔部件伤损及病害不可避免。以合宁、合武及郑西线技术引进法国高速道岔运营后出现的道岔区晃车、长心轨光带不均匀、岔枕螺栓孔裂纹、转换托板与岔枕联结处发生位移、铸造滑床板断裂、长心轨连接螺栓断裂、防跳铁脱焊等主要病害为研究对象,通过道岔病害产生原因分析,提出整治优化措施。 In addition to meeting high-speed train operation,higher requirements in terms of safety,stability,comfort and reliability are also put forward for high speed railway turnouts.With the increased operating time and total passing weight and the worsening working status of turnouts,damages and defects to the turnout components are inevitable.After research on the main defects of high speed turnouts with French technology operated on Hefei-Nanjing,Hefei-Wuhan,and Zhengzhou-Xi’an passenger dedicated lines,such as swaying in turnout area,uneven wheel traces of point rail,cracks in the sleeper screw holes,displacement of connection between driving plates and sleepers,fractures of cast slide chair,fractures of connecting bolts of point rail,and welding-off of anti-lift iron,analyses the causes of turnout defects and proposes the improvement measures.
