摘要
随着成渝经济圈的不断发展,能源消耗不断增加,大气污染物的排放日益剧增,如何保证在发展经济的同时环境质量维持在标准水平,成为了政府、企业和学术界一直关注的问题。在分析成都市大气污染环境现状的基础上,基于基尼系数的二氧化硫总量削减进行分配,将企业的经济贡献作为控制指标,运用遗传算法进行总量控制削减分配,计算最优削减率组合方案,并对其总量控制方案进行分析。
With the continuous development of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,the energy consumption continues to increase,and the emission of air pollutants is increasing rapidly.How to ensure that the environmental quality is maintained at the standard level while developing the economy has become a problem that the government,enterprises and academia have been paying attention to.Based on the analysis of the current status of air pollution in Chengdu,this paper allocates the total sulfur dioxide reduction based on the Gini coefficient,uses the economic contribution of the enterprise as the control index,uses the genetic algorithm to carry out the total control reduction distribution,and calculates the optimal reduction rate combination plan,and analyze its total control plan.
