摘要
通过对包钢6 m焦炉炼焦精煤氮元素的全面研究,建立了入炉煤氮元素在固相和气相中的数据转化关系,为下一步调整配煤比和降低焦炭中氮含量以及焦炉煤气中氨含量提出数据指导;同时也为包钢煤气净化系统改造方案的制定和6 m、7 m焦炉配套的焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝的设计,提供了理论依据。
The data transforming relationship of nitrogen for as-fired coal in solid and gaseous phases is established through the comprehensive study of nitrogen in metallurgical coal concentrate for 6 m coke oven of Baotou Steel,which could provide the data guidance for adjusting coal blending ratio,reducing nitrogen content in coke and ammonia content in coke oven gas as well as the theoretical basis for formulating modification scheme of gas purification system of Baotou Steel and design of matched coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification for 6 m and 7 m coke ovens.
