摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相显微镜、拉伸试验机、扫描电镜及能谱仪等检测手段,对DC04表面缺陷进行了检测分析。结果表明,缺陷处有一条长约200μm的B类夹杂物,基体夹杂物超标。非金属夹杂物引起应力集中,轧制时在此处产生微裂纹,冲压形成表面缺陷。
The surface defects of DC04 steel are tested and analyzed by such testing methods as chemical composition analysis,metalloscope,tensile testing machine,scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy.The results showed that there was a strip of 200μm inclusion(type B)at defect and the inclusion of matrix exceeded the standard.The nonmetallic inclusions cause stress concentration,microcracks are generated during rolling so that surface defects are formed in punching process.
