摘要
车载移动变电站在国外供电系统得到广泛应用,在我国,随着国民经济的建设和发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,我国经济要走高质量发展之路,社会各界对供电质量、不间断供电和应急用电的要求日益强烈,需要电力企业进一步提高供电可靠性、便捷性、不停电抢修效率,减少停电时间和次数等。移动箱变车具备旁路作业和负荷转供双重功能的用电需求,有效保证供电可靠、使用便捷的特点。当前移动箱变车市场已逐渐显现,租赁市场也日趋活跃,文中介绍了移动箱变车的研制及其在配网应急应用和租赁应用的案例,拓展了城市配网带电作业新模式和装备研究新领域。
Vehicle mounted mobile substation has been widely used in foreign power supply systems.In China,with the construction and development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,China's economy should take the direction of high-quality development.All sectors of society have increasingly strong requirements for power supply quality,uninterrupted power supply and emergency power.Power enterprises need to further improve the reliability,convenience and Emergency repair without power failure,reducing power failure time and times,etc.The mobile box transformer car has the power demand of double functions of bypass operation and load transfer,which effectively ensures the characteristics of reliable power supply and convenient use.The mobile box type substation vehicle market has gradually emerged and the leasing market is becoming more and more active.This paper introduces the Research and development of the mobile box vehicle and the cases of its emergency application in the distribution network and its lease application,it expands the new mode of live working and the new field of equipment research in urban distribution network.
