摘要
热工保护系统是发电厂汽轮机组的重要组成,对保障机组运行安全、实现故障及时预警有积极作用。对于一些投入使用较早的机组,热工保护系统由于设计方面或硬件方面的原因,已经无法满足当前的运行和管理需要,必须要进行技术改造和系统升级。文章首先从明确改造目标、拟定改造方案、实施改造作业和监测改造效果方面,概述了热工保护系统进行技术改造的基本流程。随后选择汽轮机遮断保护系统和轴向位移保护系统以及就地设备等,对技术改造内容展开了简要分析,为电厂热工保护系统的升级改造提供了一定的经验借鉴。
The thermal protection system is an important component of the steam turbine unit of a power plant,and has a positive effect on ensuring the safety of the unit operation and realizing the timely warning of faults.For some units that have been put into use earlier,due to design or hardware reasons,the thermal protection system has been unable to meet the current operation and management needs,and technical transformation and system upgrades must be carried out.This article first outlines the basic process of the technical transformation of the thermal protection system from the aspects of clarifying the transformation goal,drawing up the transformation plan,implementing the transformation operation and monitoring the effect of the transformation.Subsequently,the selection of steam turbine interruption protection system and axial displacement protection system,as well as on-site equipment,etc.,carried out a brief analysis of the content of the technical transformation,which provided a certain experience for the upgrading and transformation of the thermal protection system of the power plant.
