海上风机并网调试的“黑启动”研究

摘要 随着“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的持续推进,海上风电将从近海向远海拓展,交流输电向直流输电转变。在远距离海上柔性直流输电项目的建设过程中,为了缩短风电场并网时间,可以在换流站建设调试期间,同步进行海上风机“黑启动”调试工作。文章从接线型式、设备选型、调试方法等角度详细阐述了“黑启动”试验装置调试工作,并提出了对现有“黑启动”试验装置调试的改进方法。 With the continuous advancement of the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality",offshore wind power will expand from offshore to offshore,and AC transmission will be transformed to DC transmission.In the construction of long-distance offshore flexible DC transmission projects,in order to shorten the grid connection time of wind farms,the commissioning of offshore wind turbines can be carried out simultaneously during the construction and commissioning of the converter station.This article elaborates on the commissioning of the"black start"test device from the perspective of wiring type,equipment selection,and debugging methods,and proposes an improvement method for the debugging of the existing"black start"test device.
