摘要
文章通过分析最近一起因网络故障引发的燃机控制系统(TCS)故障停机的典型案例,对燃机控制系统网络故障原因进行详细分析,逐一排查各种可能原因,最终确定网络故障原因。针对本次燃机控制系统网络故障原因和现场实际存在的问题,提出提高网络可靠性的预防措施,可有效避免控制系统网络故障停机的类似事件再次发生,为燃气轮机机组控制系统(TCS)网络系统日常检修维护和双绞线制作及选型提供帮助和参考,提高控制系统网络运行的稳定性和可靠性。
This article analyzes a recent typical case of a gas turbine control system(TCS)failure caused by a network failure,and elaborates the detailed analysis process of the gas turbine control system network failure cause,and investigates various possible causes one by one,and finally determines the network failure reason.Aiming at the cause of the gas turbine control system network failure and the actual problems on site,preventive measures to improve network reliability are proposed,which can not only effectively avoid the recurrence of similar events such as the control system network failure and shutdown,but also provide help and reference for the daily maintenance of the gas turbine unit control system(TCS)network system,as well as the production and selection of twisted pair cables,and improve the stability and reliability of the control system network operation.
