摘要
文章对电站锅炉管焊接工艺与热处理现状进行了分析,提出其中存在的问题与不足,并选取某电站为研究对象,对其某型号的锅炉管焊缝开裂原因进行了研究与分析,结合实际情况提出电站锅炉管焊缝开裂的应对策略,最后就电站锅炉管焊缝开裂的防范措施进行了探讨与研究,以供参考。
This paper analyzes the current situation of welding process and heat treatment of boiler tube in power station,puts forward the existing problems and deficiencies,selects x power station as the research object,studies and analyzes the causes of weld cracking of a certain type of boiler tube,and puts forward the Countermeasures for weld cracking of boiler tube in power station in combination with the actual situation,Finally,the preventive measures against weld cracking of utility boiler tubes are discussed and studied for reference.
