摘要
蓄电池组作为直流及UPS系统重要组成部分,为机组运行和保护所需的仪表和控制系统提供连续、可靠的供电,确保机组安全运行,因此深入分析蓄电池组试验技术具有一定的必要性。文章通过结合若干核电站蓄电池组的设计理念,深入剖析蓄电池验收和补充电、容量试验、运行试验的试验流程和试验原理,提出运行试验作为更为严峻的容量试验,即可验证负荷周期同时也可验证蓄电池设计容量,进而通过优化负载曲线将运行试验和容量试验结合验证和直流及UPS系统间共用备用蓄电池组的优化建议,为后续核电机组蓄电池试验提供借鉴。
As an important part of DC and UPS system,battery pack provides continuous and reliable power supply for the instrument and control system required for unit operation and protection to ensure the safe operation of the unit.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the battery pack test technology.This paper deeply analyzes the test process and test principle of battery acceptance and supplementary power,capacity test and operation test by combining the design concept of battery pack in several nuclear power plants,and puts forward that the operation test,as a more severe capacity test,can verify the design capacity of battery while verifying the load cycle,Then,by optimizing the load curve,the operation test and capacity test are combined to verify the optimization suggestions of sharing standby battery pack between DC and UPS systems,so as to provide reference for the battery test of subsequent nuclear power units.
