变电站安全管理是企业生存与成长的基础,也是国民经济有序发展的保障。然而思想上的麻痹大意、管理过程中缺乏系统性与时效性的问题却仍不时出现在个别变电站安全管理实践过程中,不同程度地影响着变电站管理工作整体水平的提升。因此,新时期变电站加强安全管理既要加强宣传教育,完善常态化监督,又要全面落实责任制,严格考核评价,还要坚持专业培训,全面提高综合素质。

The importance of substation safety management is not only embodied in the level that it is the foundation for the survival and growth of enterprises,but also the guarantee for the orderly development of the national economy.However,the problems of ideological paralysis and lack of systemicity and timeliness in the management process still appear from time to time in the practice of individual substation safety management,which affects the improvement of the overall level of substation management to varying degrees.Therefore,to strengthen the safety management of substations in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen publicity and education and improve normalized supervision,but also to fully implement the responsibility system,strict assessment and evaluation,and insist on professional training to comprehensively improve the overall quality.
