摘要
电力企业安全体系的构建是安全生产管理工作实现规范化、科学化的前提和基础,文章结合本质安全基本理论,提出实现供电企业本质安全的3个方面——安全设计、安全管理、安全文化,为供电企业安全建设提供参考。
The construction of safety system in electric power enterprises is the premise and foundation to realize the standardization and scientization of safety production management.Combined with the basic theory of intrinsic safety,this paper puts forward three aspects to realize the intrinsic safety of power supply enterprises——safety design,safety management and safety culture,which can provide reference for the safety construction of power supply enterprises.
