基于蓄电池储能系统的电网经济运行优化研究

摘要 国家电网发布了“碳达峰、碳中和”行动方案,推动鼓励新能源发展,制订了构造以新能源为主的新型电力系统的方针,在此背景下,以江苏某厂新能源方案为例进行用户侧储能的探索和研究,通过在用户侧设计并搭建蓄电池储能系统,实现用户侧电能的有效利用,从而发挥储能在电能质量优化、供需管理、分时电价最优化等方面的价值,同时进行峰谷套利,提高经济效益。 The State Grid has issued a"carbon peak,carbon neutral"action plan to promote and encourage the development of new energy,and formulated a policy to construct a new power system based on new energy.In this context,a new energy plant in Jiangsu Take the solution as an example to explore and research on user-side energy storage.By designing and building a battery energy storage system on the user side,the effective use of user-side electric energy is realized,so that energy storage can be used in power quality optimization,supply and demand management,and time-of-use electricity price optimization.At the same time,it carries out peak-to-valley arbitrage to improve economic efficiency.
