摘要
目的分析北京社区人群尿素氮(BUN)与动脉僵硬度(PWV)水平的相关性。方法选取1447名北京市某社区居民,分别于2007年9月~2009年1月以及2013年2月~2013年9月对其进行两次随访,进行问卷调查及体格检查,测量肝肾功能、血脂水平、尿素氮等生化指标,检测颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(cf-PWV),Pearson分析及logistic多元线性回归分析BUN与脉搏波传导速度相关性。结果Pearson分析表明BUN与cf-PWV水平呈正相关(r=0.280,P<0.001);多元线性回归分析显示基线BUN与cf-PWV呈显著正相关(β=0.847,P=0.017)。ROC曲线图发现BUN水平预测cf-PWV的曲线下面积为0.611(95%CI:0.579~0.643)。基线BUN高水平可引起PWV增加。结论基线尿素氮水平是PWV加速的预测因素。
Objective To analyze the correlation between blood urea nitrogen level and arterial stiffness in Beijing community population.Method From September 2007 to January 2009 and February 2013 to September 2013,we surveyed 1449 subjects from a longitudinal follow-up community-based population in Beijing.The average follow-up time was 4.8 years.Venous blood was extracted for analysis of liver function,blood lipid,level urea nitrogen and other biochemical indicators.Pearson analysis and Logistic multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation between urea nitrogen and pulse wave velocity.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that BUN(r=0.280,P<0.001)cf-PWV level was positively correlated.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that baseline BUN(β=0.847,P=0.017)was significantly positively correlated with cf-PWV.The ROC curve chart found that the area under the curve of BUN level predicting cf-PWV was 0.611(95%CI:0.579 to 0.643),P<0.0001.High baseline BUN levels can cause an increase in PWV.Conclusion The baseline BUN level is an independent predictor of follow-up cf-PWV.
