摘要
针对CR400BF型动车组高压箱设备放电导致的网侧过流故障无法准确判断故障位置的问题,通过增加高压系统电流互感器、增加高压控制单元电流互感器的硬件检测与软件诊断、增加中央控制单元软件诊断逻辑实现对该故障的准确定位,并通过远程无线传输系统实现故障信息的实时跟踪。
This article intends to provide a solution on how to locate the position of the over-current fault of catenary side caused by the discharge of the high-voltage box equipment in the CR400BF EMU.According to add CT4 sensor behind the roof disconnector,upgrade the HVCU hardware and software in order to receive and process the CT4 sensor signals,modify the CCU control software filling up the fault locating logic,and at the end track and transmit the diagnosis data to the ground data center through WTD in time.
