职教改革形势下高职院校图书馆发展的几个问题

Some Issues on the Development of the Vocational College Libraries to Embrace the Vocational Education Reform

在职业教育改革的形势下,充分考虑职业教育的特点是高职院校图书馆的当务之急。中美统计数据比较表明:我国高校图书馆人力和物力投入高于美国同类图书馆,不同层次高校图书馆之间的指标差异较大,但不同教育类型的特征不明显;我国高职高专图书馆的生均图书指标远高于美国同类图书馆,文献资源类型没有体现出职业教育的特点;我国的馆藏策略已有效提升了流通量,高职院校图书馆的社会开放仍然落后美国,职业教育的信息素养应该强调职场环境;图书馆在学校内的不同组织位置对图书馆工作有不同的影响,我国高职院校图书馆应该通过专业性体现价值。

With the reform in vocational education,vocational college libraries should make a consideration of the characteristic of vocational education.Comparing to American counterparts,the statistics data shows that all types of the Chinese academic libraries have great advantages over American academic libraries in expenditure and human resources inputs.Some indicators among different types of Chinese libraries in higher education have much larger disparity and the characteristic of different types of education are not so obvious.The indicator of books per student in Chinese vocational college libraries is far higher than that in America counterparts while the type of collection don’t show the characteristic of vocational education.The collection policy of Chinese vocational college libraries promotes the circulation effectively.But opening-up to the community lag behind American counterparts.The information literacy in vocational education should focus on workplace.The different administrative structure of the library in the college has different effects on the library mission.The vocational college libraries in China should show its value by professionalism.
