基于班组的建筑工人不安全行为影响因素的研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Construction Workers'Unsafe Behavior Based on Team

为了研究班组小群体对建筑工人不安全行为的影响,通过文献分析,确定了班组成员安全认知、班组成员协作交流、班组长行为、作业环境、安全教育和培训、安全参与等变量,并引入安全意识和安全素质作为中介变量,提出假设模型。根据调查数据,利用SPSS软件进行了问卷的信度和效度分析,并采用AMOS软件对假设模型进行检验。最后根据模型运行结果提出建筑工人不安全行为的管控措施。结果显示,14个假设成立,安全意识和安全素质在变量和不安全行为之间起到中介作用。

In order to study the influence of small groups of teams on unsafe behaviors of construction workers,through literature analysis,variables such as team members'safety awareness,team members'collaborative communication,team leader's behavior,working environment,safety education and training,and safety participation have been determined.And introduce safety awareness and safety quality as intermediary variables,and put forward a hypothetical model.According to the survey data,SPSS software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and AMOS software was used to test the hypothesis model.Finally,according to the results of the model operation,the management and control measures for the unsafe behavior of construction workers are proposed.The results show that 14 hypotheses are established,and safety awareness and safety quality play an intermediary role between variables and unsafe behaviors.
