摘要 城市建筑是我国重要的建筑组成部分,按照现行规范,普通的建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计合理使用年限50年。其中,大量的建筑由于使用功能改变、环境变化及耐久性等问题需要进行改造。从经济和其他特殊因素考虑,一部分已经用满使用年限的建筑须保留或经改造继续使用。正因如此,在许多建筑的长期使用过程中有必要进行改造加固。故综合城市建筑特点,详细阐述了对其加固设计改造策略,以期对同行业者有所借鉴与帮助。 Urban buildings are an important building component of China.According to the current regulations,the safety level of ordinary building structures is Class II,with a reasonable design life of 50 years.Among them,a large number of buildings need to be renovated due to changes in use functions,environmental changes,and durability.Considering economic and other special factors,some buildings that have been used up for their service life must be retained or renovated to continue to be used.Because of this,it is necessary to renovate and strengthen many buildings during the long-term use.Therefore,comprehensive urban architectural characteristics,detailed description of its reinforcement design and transformation strategy,in order to learn from and help the same industry.
