滚塑机直臂力学仿真及优化

摘要 应用UG软件,建立滚塑机直臂三维简化模型,并采用ANSYS软件进行受力仿真,针对已有滚塑机存在直臂受力屈服破坏的问题,通过改变直臂结构,提出两种改进方案,并对其进行数值模拟。结果表明,直臂外径15cm不变,将直臂的内径由10cm变为8cm,且在直臂屈服破坏处增设1cm宽加强筋八组16个,能使直臂在工作过程中不发生屈服破坏,有利于生产持续进行,且该方案具有经济性和实用性。 Using UG software,establish a three-dimensional simplified model of the straight arm of the rotomolding machine,and use ANSYS software to simulate the force.Aiming at the problem of the existing rotomolding machine that the straight arm yields under the force,two kinds of problems are proposed by changing the structure of the straight arm.Improve the scheme and perform numerical simulation on it.The results show that the outer diameter of the straight arm remains unchanged at 15cm,the inner diameter of the straight arm is changed from 10cm to 8cm,and 16 sets of 1cm wide stiffeners are added at the yield failure of the straight arm,which can prevent the straight arm from yielding during the working process.Destruction is conducive to continuous production,and the solution is economical and practical.
