摘要 近年来,随着数字技术在建筑行业的应用,BIM技术和物联网技术在建筑施工企业中得到了大力的推广和应用,BIM(建筑信息模型)技术是实现信息共享和可视化的基础,物联网技术能够采集施工现场的数据和信息、识别目标、定位跟踪和监控。安全问题一直是建筑施工企业非常关注的重要问题,BIM技术和物联网技术在建筑施工企业安全管理中的应用带来了新的安全管理的技术和方法,对于提升安全管理效率有重要意义。在此背景下,本文以湛江市建筑施工企业为研究对象,分析BIM+物联网技术在湛江市建筑施工企业安全管理中的应用状况,总结BIM+物联网技术在湛江市建筑施工企业安全管理中应用的阻碍因素,提出加强BIM+物联网技术在湛江市建筑施工企业中应用的对策和建议,以供参考。 In recent years,with the application of digital technology in the construction industry,BIM technology and Internet of Things technology have been vigorously promoted and applied in construction companies.BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is the basis for information sharing and visualization.The Internet of Things technology can collect data and information on the construction site,identify targets,locate and track and monitor.Safety issues have always been an important issue of great concern to construction companies.The application of BIM technology and Internet of Things technology in the safety management of construction companies has brought new safety management techniques and methods,which are of great significance to improving safety management efficiency.In this context,this article takes Zhanjiang construction enterprises as the research object,analyzes the application status of BIM+Internet of Things technology in the safety management of construction enterprises in Zhanjiang City,and summarizes the application of BIM+Internet of Things technology in the safety management of construction enterprises in Zhanjiang City Obstacle factors,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the application of BIM+Internet of Things technology in construction enterprises in Zhanjiang City for reference.
