摘要
5G和云计算等信息技术在建筑中的应用,开启了建筑智慧化的时代。首先进行智慧建筑文献综述研究、总结国内外研究成果。然后分析智慧建筑技术、智慧建筑技术瓶颈,由于没有融合的基础技术,不同技术标准产生异构数据,造成信息分散,数据不能直接分析,蕴藏的巨大增值信息资源没有充分发挥出来。最后提出解决技术瓶颈的方法,建立智慧建筑运维中心,实现各部门和各系统的融合,解决数据异构。建设统一运维平台,建立故障预测、预防、预警机制,构建故障实时响应与处置体系。
The application of technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things in buildings has opened the era of building intelligence.Firstly,the literature review of intelligent architecture is conducted and the research results at home and abroad are summarized.Then,the bottleneck of smart building technology and smart building technology is analyzed.Because there is no basic technology of integration,different technical standards produce heterogeneous data,resulting in information dispersion,data cannot be directly analyzed,and the huge value-added information resources are not fully utilized.Finally,the method to solve the technical bottleneck is proposed,and the operation and maintenance center of intelligent building is established to realize the integration of various departments and systems and solve the data heterogeneity.Build a unified operation and maintenance platform,establish fault prediction,prevention and early warning mechanisms,and build a real-time fault response and disposal system.
