摘要
设计和实现全电子计算机联锁中的信号机控制单元驱动和采集信号机信息。全电子信号机控制单元设计为二乘二取二架构,在硬件设计中,单元分为主从CPU模块、监控CPU模块、信号机接口模块、电源模块和复位模块等六种功能电路。其中,信号机接口模块中的信号机点灯电路采用机械开关和电子开关,异构的驱动设计有效避免共模错误。遵循EN50129标准,软件设计为初始化、通信控制、应用程序、状态机计算和驱动五个功能模块。然后,对全电子信号机控制单元的可靠性进行了分析,结果表明单元的可靠性能够满足铁路信号系统的安全需求。最后搭建了测试环境,对全电子信号机控制单元进行硬件、软件和集成测试,验证了单元的可用性和稳定性。
A signal control unit in all-electric interlocking system is designed and implemented to drive and collect the signal status information.The all-electric signal control unit is designed as a double two out of two architecture,and in the hardware design,the unit is divided into six functional modules,including master CPU module,standby CPU module,monitoring CPU module,signal interface module,power module and reset module.Among them,the signal machine lighting circuit in the signal interface module adopts mechanical switch and electronic switch,and the heterogeneous drive design effectively avoids common mode error.Following the EN50129 standard,the software is designed as five functional modules,including initialize module,communicate control module,application module,state machine module,and driving module.Then,the reliability of the all-electronic signal control unit is analyzed,and the results show that the reliability of the unit can meet the safety requirements of the railway signal system.Finally,the test environment is set up to implement hardware,software and integration test the all-electronic signal control unit,and results verify the availability and stability of the unit.
