摘要
随着电网安全生产管理的要求不断提高,大大增加了安全生产管控的广度和深度,对变电站防误操作提出了新的要求。为此本文提出了一种基于拓扑结构的大电网防误操作方法,基于网络拓扑算法,针对变电站一次设备充电、停电和接地三种运行状态,给出了三态拓扑模型和计算步骤,并根据五步证明法设计了分析算法,以利用网络拓扑计算判断误操作。结果表明本文提出的方法具有逻辑锁定规则简单、实现方便等特点,由于采用了常用的防误判断,可有效避免漏电设置或操作闭锁规则等设置不正确的问题。
With the continuous improvement of the requirements of power grid safety production management,the breadth and depth of safety production control are greatly increased,and new requirements are put forward for substation anti misoperation.Therefore,this paper proposes a topology based anti misoperation method for large power grid.Based on the network topology algorithm,the three state topology model and calculation steps are given for the three operation states of primary equipment charging,power failure and grounding in substation,and the analysis algorithm is designed according to the five step proof method to judge the misoperation by using the network topology calculation.The results show that the method proposed has the characteristics of simple logic locking rules and convenient implementation.Due to the common anti misjudgment,it can effectively avoid the incorrect setting of leakage or operation locking rules.
