摘要 随着电网规模的不断扩大,传统的电力网络调度电话发令模式逐显弊端。为此,充分利用智能信息技术,兼顾调度指令操作的全方位、多维度信息交互及安全防误需求,建立了智能化电力调度指令操作系统,介绍了智能化电力调度指令操作系统的总体架构以及软硬件结构配置,并对系统所应用信息安全技术以及调度指挥网络交互技术展开分析。最后,通过对系统操作身份认证及调度操作管控功能应用进行展示,证明了该系统在保证电力调度指令操作的安全性以及提升电网工作效率的重要作用。 With the continuous expansion of the size of the power grid,the traditional power network dispatch phone ordering model has become increasingly disadvantageous.Therefore,by making full use of intelligent information technology,and taking into account all-round and multi-dimensional information interaction of dispatching instruction operations and security and error prevention requirements,an intelligent power dispatching instruction operating system had been established.The overall architecture and software and hardware configuration of the intelligent power dispatching instruction operating system were introduced,and the information security technology and dispatch command network interaction technology applied to the system were analyzed.Finally,the system’s operation identity authentication and dispatch operation management and control function applications were demonstrated to prove that the system plays an important role in ensuring the safety of power dispatch instruction operations and improving the efficiency of the power grid.
