High-Power LED Street Lamp Monitoring Control System Based on Internet of Things Technology

摘要 设计一种利用传感器和窄带物联网技术对大功率LED智慧路灯进行远程用电检测及控制的系统。该系统主要由微控制器STM32F103为核心构成智能控制电路;由QS1212B构成前端计量电路、BC95构成的NB-IoT无线通信模块,并设计有DS3231时钟电路、AT24C02构成的E2ROM存储电路。测试系统采用高压隔离电路,80 W的LED路灯作为负载,LED路灯供电电源采用0~10 V数字压控恒流源组成。对LED路灯在线运行状态进行实验测试结果表明,该系统实现了大功率LED装置与物联网云平台信息传送、远程控制和用电参数的采集。 A system for remote power detection and control of high-power LED smart street lights using sensors and narrow-band Internet of Things technology is designed.The system mainly consists of a microcontroller STM32F103 as the core to form an intelligent control circuit.The front-end metering circuit is composed of QS1212B.The NB-Io T wireless communication module is composed of BC95,and it is designed with DS3231 clock circuit and AT24C02E2ROM storage circuit.The test system uses a high-voltage isolation circuit,and 80 W LED street lights are used as the load.The power supply of LED street lights is composed of 0~10 V digital voltage-controlled constant current source.The experimental test results of the online running status of LED street lights show that the system realizes the information transmission,remote control and power consumption parameter collection of high-power LED devices and the Io T cloud platform.
