国际外科医生手术能力评价方法概述及启示

Discussion and Enlightenment on International Evaluation Methods of Surgeons’ Surgical Competency

如何客观、全面、准确地评价和预测医生的能力和水平、建立科学的医生能力评价机制,是当前医院发展面临的重要问题和挑战。研究以外科医生为例,通过对国内外针对外科医生手术能力研究的文献和资料进行系统搜集和整理,梳理了国内外与医生手术能力评价相关的方法,分析了不同评价方法的适用范围、评价维度、优缺点等。在此基础上,通过对国内外已有研究经验的总结,得出对于我国构建外科医生手术能力评价方法研究的启示。

How to objectively,comprehensively and accurately evaluate and predict the competency and level of doctors and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism for surgeons’ competency is an important issue and challenge facing the development of hospitals. Taking the surgeon as an example, the literature and data on the research of surgeons’ surgical competency at home and abroad are systematically collected and sorted out to summerize the methods related to the evaluation of surgeons’ surgical competency at home and abroad,and analyze the scope of application of different evaluation methods, evaluation dimensions, advantages and disadvantages, etc. On this basis, by summarizing the existing research experience at home and abroad,the enlightenment for the construction of the evaluation method of surgeons in China are given.
