Design and Application of Cost Performance Index for Tertiary Hospitals in Shanghai

受多种因素影响,医院经济运行压力越来越大,成本管控势在必行。文章从上海市级三级公立医院运营成本结构分析入手,聚焦成本管控重点,在广泛征询专家意见基础上,凝聚市级三级医院成本绩效评价核心指标,依托医疗大数据,细化成本绩效分析,开展成本绩效专题调研,提炼成本管控经验和管理措施,在上海市级三级医院深入推广,在行业内形成成本管控热潮,成效初步显现。

Affected by various factors,the pressure of hospital economic operation has been increasing and cost control has become imperative. Starting with the operating cost structure analysis of the tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and focusing on the key of cost control,the core indicators of cost performance evaluation on the tertiary hospital were generated the basis on wide consultation of expert advice. The cost performance analysis was refined relying on big medical data. Special investigation on the cost performance was carried out. The experience and management measures on the cost control were refined which were deeply extended among tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. The cost control boom let has been formed in the industry and initial results have been shown.
