摘要
在未来较长一段时间内,外部环境的深刻变化对医院成本管控提出了更高要求。作为管理成本的重要组成部分,物业外包服务成本存在较大的管控空间。文章结合上海市级三级公立医院实践,提出设立五大成本管控关键环节,建立成本绩效分析指标、形成可供参考的医疗行业物业费价格标准、组建高质量物业管理队伍等管理举措,引导医院强化物业费控制,建设节约型医院。
The profound changes of the external environment have put forward higher requirements for hospital cost control in a long period of the future. Property outsourcing service cost has a large control space as an important part of management cost. Management measures were put forward based on the practice of tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,including setting up five key links of cost control,establishing cost-performance analysis indicators,forming reference price standard of property cost in the medical industry,and forming a high-quality property management team,so as to guide hospitals to strengthen property cost control and build energy-saving hospitals.
