细粒级全尾砂膏体充填材料性能调控研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对传统胶凝材料在细粒级全尾砂膏体充填中存在的充填成本高、充填效果差等问题,研究新型胶结媒介作用下细粒级全尾砂膏体充填材料性能的变化规律。试验结果表明:在新型胶结媒介体系下,尾砂越细,相同条件下膏体充填材料抗压强度越高;细尾砂膏体充填材料在料浆浓度高的情况下,不同灰砂比下抗压强度几乎相同;全尾砂中Al_(2)O_(3)和SiO_(2)含量越高,相同条件下膏体充填材料抗压强度越高;新型胶结媒介用量的变化对膏体充填材料抗压强度影响很小;新型胶结媒介作用下颗粒表面生成针状物质彼此搭接,使膏体充填材料结构密实,产生强度,生成物为钙矾石和含硅化合物。 In view of the problems of high filling cost and poor filling effect of traditional cementitious materials in finegrained full tailings paste filling,the changing rules of the properties of fine-grained full tailings paste filling materials under the action of new cementation medium are studied.The results show that under the new cementation medium system,the finer the tailings,the higher the compressive strength of the paste filling materials under the same conditions.Under the condition of high slurry concentration,the compressive strength of fine tailings paste filling material is almost the same under different cement sand ratio.The higher the content of Al_(2)O_(3)and SiO_(2)in tailings,the higher the compressive strength of paste filling material under the same conditions.The change of the amount of new cementation medium has little effect on the compressive strength of paste filling materials.Under the action of new cementation medium,acicular substances are formed on the surface of particles and overlapped with each other,making the paste filling material dense in structure and producing strength.The products are ettringite and silicon compounds.
