摘要
针对城市复杂功能区如何实现慢行交通规划进行分析研究。以某城市非通过性道路进行慢行交通理念下的重新规划改进为例,采用车流量数学模型理论,对机动车和非机动车通过能力进行计算,通过压缩机动车道宽度、增加潮汐车道、拓宽非机动车道等方式优化非机动车挤占人行道的状况。改进完成后,该道路的实际通过能力得到大幅度提升,社会调研发现,民众对该道路的交通状况满意度大幅度提升。
How to realize the slow traffic planning is analyzed and studied for the urban complex functional area.Taking the re-planning improvement of an urban non-passable road based on the slow traffic idea as an example,the mathematic model theory of vehicle flow is used to calculate the passable capacities of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.The situation of non-motor vehicles crowding sidewalk is optimized through the methods of reducing the motor vehicle lane widths,increasing the tide lanes and widening the non-motor vehicle lanes.After the completion of improvement,the actual passable capacity of this road is greatly improved.The social investigation and study show that the public's satisfaction with the traffic condition of the road has been greatly improved.
