一种跨越天然气管道的框架桥通道结构设计

摘要 当城市通道结构与天然气管道无法相互避开时,普通的通道涵结构往往不能满足设计要求。结合工程实例,设计了一种框架桥通道结构来适应此设计条件。通过设计框架桥,控制结构底板的位移,并将其内力传递到桩基,使其下方的天然气管道不再受上部结构基底应力带来的压力,保证其安全运营。同时,将底板设计为“纵横梁”体系结构,加大了框架桥的跨越能力,保证了桩基与天然气管道的安全距离。该结构经济美观,安全可靠,为同类型的设计提供了参考。 The common channel and culvert structures cannot meet the design requirements in most case when the urban channel structure and the natural gas line cannot avoid each other.Combined with an engineering case,a channel structure of frame bridge is designed to adapt the design conditions.By designing the frame bridge,the displacement of the structural baseboard is controlled,and the internal force is transferred to the pile foundation to make the natural gas pipeline below it no longer subjected to the pressure from the baseboard stress of superstructure and to guarantee its safe operation.At the same time,the baseboard is designed as a"vertical and horizontal beam"system structure,which increases the spanning capacity of the frame bridge and ensures the safe distance between the pile foundation and the natural gas pipeline.The structure is economical and beautiful,safe and reliable,which provides a reference for the similar designs.
