深床滤池在某污水厂提标改造工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 某城市污水处理厂提标改造工程设计规模12.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,生化处理采用奥贝尔氧化沟工艺。为确定改造方案,以原奥贝尔氧化沟工艺为基础,通过分析污水厂的进水水质和现状存在的问题,采用在现状二沉池出水端增设深床滤池以及补充碳源、投加除磷药剂和改变消毒方式,并将深床滤池与其配套建构筑物尽量合建等措施,深度处理则采用“深床滤池+次氯酸钠消毒工艺”。此改造方案具有占地小、投资节省、对污水厂运行影响小、运行模式灵活、运行管理方便等优点,且设计出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。 The design scale of an urban wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)upgrading reconstruction project is 12.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d.Its bio-chemical treatment is the Orbal oxidation ditch process.In order to determine the reconstruction scheme,based on the original Orbal oxidation ditch process,by analyzing the influent quality and the existing problems of WWTP,the methods of a deep bed filter added at the effluent end of the current secondary sedimentation tank,supplementing the carbon source,dosing the phosphorus removal agents and changing the disinfection mode are adopted,including the measures of constructing the deep bed filter tank together with its supporting structures as far as possible.The advanced treatment is the"deep bed filter+sodium hypochlorite disinfecting process".This reconstruction scheme has the advantages of small occupation of land,investment savings,little influence on the operation of WWTP,flexible operation mode,convenient operation and management And the design effluent water quality has reached the level A standard of Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 18918-2002).
