摘要
通过以贵州石阡河特大桥主桥连续刚构施工为例,介绍了墩梁固结竖向预应力钢绞线一次性预埋,与墩身及箱梁0号块分次施工的方法。该方法解决了柔性钢绞线无法竖立、波纹管接长困难的问题,对采用柔性钢绞线作为竖向预应力的塔柱结构施工具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the continuous rigid-frame construction of the main bridge of Guizhou Shiqian River Bridge as an example,the method of the one-time embedding of the vertical prestressing steel strand and the Block 0 construction of pier body and box girder in stages of the pier girder consolidation is introduced.This method solves the problems of the flexible steel strand hard to erect and the corrugated pipe difficult to lengthen,which has a certain referring significance for the construction of the flexible steel strands as the vertical prestressed pylon structure.
