摘要
广州从化大桥主桥为单跨136 m下承式拱梁组合桥,由1根主拱肋与旁侧2根副拱肋组成倒三角钢管混凝土空间组合拱。为确保桥梁结构的施工安全与成桥质量,从梁拱施工顺序、钢管拱肋制作安装、管内混凝土灌注、系梁预应力钢束张拉、吊杆安装与张拉等方面对主桥施工关键技术进行了设计研究。
The main bridge of Conghua Bridge in Guangzhou is a single-span 136 m through arch-girder composite bridge,which is composed of one main arch rib and two auxiliary arch ribs on the side to form an inverted triangular concrete filled steel tubular spatial composite arch.The key technologies of the main bridge construction are designed and studied from the aspects of beam-arch construction sequence,fabrication and installation of steel tube arch rib,concrete pouring in tube,prestressed steel beam tension of tie beam,and installation and tension of hanger rod so as to ensure the construction safety of bridge structure and the quality of finished bridge.
