摘要
当今时代,人们对于提升身体素质越来越重视,因此,通过功能性训练增强自己的身体机能是十分重要的,不同的人群只有进行有针对性的功能性训练,才会达到很好的健身效果。该文将从功能训练的意义以及功能训练对不同人群身体机能的影响展开研究,旨在为提升国民身体素质提供帮助,并为相关研究提供参考依据。
Nowadays,people pay more and more attention to improving their physical fitness.Therefore,it is very important to enhance their physical function through functional training.Only by carrying out targeted functional training for different groups of people,can they achieve good fitness effect.This paper will study the significance of functional training and the influence of functional training on the physical function of different groups,aiming to provide help for improving the national physical quality and provide reference for related research.
