摘要
散打是一项典型的攻守对抗性体育项目,是运动员在一定规则的约束下,通过踢、打、摔等技术进行的体能、技能、心理、智能等多方面的较量。身体素质是影响运动员成绩的重要因素,其中力量素质对于散打运动技能的发挥至关重要。相对于其他竞技体育项目,散打运动对力量的要求具有一定的特殊性。因此,为了有效促进散打运动员技能水平的提升,该文对散打运动的力量特点进行分析,并针对散打运动的专项特点对其力量训练方法进行研究,以期为广大教练员与运动员散打训练的高效开展提供一定的理论参考。
Sanda is a typical offensive and defensive sport,which is a contest of physical fitness,skills,psychology and intelligence by kicking,beating and falling under certain rules.Other conditions being equal,the physical quality of athletes is an important factor affecting their final sports performance.As an antagonistic event,the strength quality of physical fitness plays a vital role in the exertion of Sanda sports skills.In Sanda system training,the training of strength quality occupies a very important position.Compared with other competitive sports,the strength of Sanda has certain particularity.Therefore,in order to effectively promote the improvement of Sanda athletes'skill level,this paper analyzes the strength characteristics of Sanda,and studies and explores its strength training methods according to the special characteristics of Sanda,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the efficient development of Sanda training activities for coaches and athletes.
