体医融合背景下社区老年康复的策略研究——以醴陵市为例

Strategy Research on Community Elderly Rehabilitation under the Background of Sports Medicine Integration--Take Liling City as an Example

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法等方法以医疗体育为主题,围绕体医融合内涵、医疗体医特征及重要性,以醴陵市为典型案例,分析我国当前老年社区康复所面临的困境,以及围绕如何做到体医融合为老年人提供健康保障等内容展开深入研究。研究发现醴陵市社区老人康复开展医疗体育还存在以下情况:认知偏差、重视程度不够;政府投入经费不足、社区服务条件还相当落后;锻炼盲目、缺乏科学性;专业人才匮乏;锻炼方式单一、锻炼方法不合理等。研究致力于弥补已有研究的不足,为社区老年康复提供策略,为体医融合提供新的研究视角,丰富和完善相关研究体系和研究成果。

By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and field investigation,this paper takes medical sports as the theme,explores the connotation,characteristics and importance of the integration of sports and medicine,and takes Liling City as a typical case to analyze the difficulties faced by the current elderly community rehabilitation in China,as well as how to achieve the integration of sports and medicine to provide health protection for the elderly.The study found that there are cognitive bias and insufficient attention in the development of medical sports for the elderly in Liling community;the government investment is insufficient,and the community service conditions are still quite backward;the exercise is blind and lack of science;the lack of professionals;the exercise mode is single and the exercise method is unreasonable.This research is committed to make up for the shortcomings of existing research and provide strategies for the community elderly rehabilitation to provide a new research perspective for the integration of sports and medicine,enrich and improve the relevant research system and research results.
