基于年度人物核心特质的新时代高校辅导员队伍建设研究——以湖南省为例

On Team Construction of College Counselors in New Era Based on Core Characteristics of Person of the Year--Taking Hunan Province as a study case

辅导员年度人物是高校辅导员队伍中的典型代表,他们具有职业认同度高、创新意识强、素质能力过硬、工作特色鲜明、科研能力突出、育人成果显著等核心特质。核心特质视域下,加强新时代高校辅导员队伍建设应做到:制定职业规划,主动学习创新,挖掘特点打造辅导员工作IP;抓住成长机会,勇于突破自我,自觉加强素质能力的提升;完善制度建设,坚持多措并举,激发辅导员自我提升的内生动力。正确认识和把握核心特质,基于核心特质的培养来加强新时代高校辅导员队伍建设,能为深化新时代高校教师队伍建设改革注入强劲动力,为助推高校思想政治工作质量的提升聚力赋能,为落实高校立德树人的根本任务提供人才支持。

The Counselor of the Year is the typical representative of the college counselor team.They have the core characteristics of high degree of professional identity,strong sense of innovation,excellent quality and ability,distinctive work characteristics,outstand⁃ing scientific research ability,remarkable educational achievements and so on.The core traits are the common characteristics and quali⁃ties of the Counselor of the Year.From the perspective of core characteristics,to strengthen the team construction of college counselors in the new era,it is necessary to make career planning,take the initiative to learn and innovate,and explore the characteristics to create counselor work IP;seize the opportunity to grow,have the courage to break through themselves,and consciously enhance the quality and ability of instructors;improve the system construction,adhere to the multiple promotion and promote,stimulate the internal motiva⁃tion of counselors’self-improvement.By correctly understanding and grasping the core traits,we should strengthen the team construc⁃tion of college counselors based on the cultivation of core traits to deepen the reform of team construction of college teachers,advance the ideological and political work in colleges and universities and provide talent support for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities.
