基于多壁碳纳米管/聚苯胺/离子液体复合物的对乙酰氨基酚电化学传感器 被引量:3

摘要 以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)、离子液体(IL)及导电聚合物聚苯胺(PANI)为修饰剂,构建了MWCNTs/IL/PANI/Au复合电极,并实现了对乙酰氨基酚(ACOP)的测定。结果表明:ACOP浓度在6.98×10^(-6)~6.80×10^(-4)mol/L浓度范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.35×10^(-6)mol/L。该电化学传感器重复性好、稳定性高、抗干扰性强。采用该方法对实际药品中ACOP含量进行测定,加标回收率为96.5%~100.6%。同时对催化机理进行了研究。 An electrochemical sensor based on a Au electrode modified by multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)with good conductivity,ionic liquid(IL)with excellent catalytic properties and conductive polymer polyaniline(PANI)was applied for the detection of acetaminophen.Meanwhile,the catalytic mechanism was also studied.Under the optimal conditions,a good linear relationship was obtained for acetaminophen in a range of 6.98×10^(-6)-6.80×10^(-4)mol/L with a detection limit of 2.35×10^(-6)mol/L(S/N=3).Accordingly,reproducibility,stability and anti-interference tests were carried out.Furthermore,the designed sensor was successfully applied for the detection of acetaminophen in drug.The recoveries of acetaminophen were 96.5%-100.6%.This approach provides a new avenue for drug quality control.
