北京市东城区职业大学党总支长期注重党组织战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用的发挥。在首都功能核心区战略定位指导下,在“党组织领导的校长负责制”改革工作的引领下,党总支以“服务先锋、创新发展”党建项目实践与研究为抓手提高基层党总支的组织力,积极探索新时代学校党建工作的新思维和新路径。通过党员志愿者谱传承、党员非党员共接力的服务新方式,科研引领、搭建东城教育科研新高地的服务新路径,拓宽服务广度、拓展服务深度的服务新角度,有效地提升了学校党总支的组织力建设,推动了学校创新发展。

The general Party branch of Dongcheng Vocational College has consistently attached great importance to the leading role of the Party organization and Party members.Under the guidance of the strategic position of the core area of the capital and the“principal accountability system led by the Party committee”,the general Party branch of Dongcheng Vocational College conducts research on the Party construction project “the vanguard of servingand innovative development”and puts it into practice.They takes it as a starting point to improve the organizational strength of the primary-level general Party branch,and actively explores a new way of school Party building work in the new era.Through the new service mode of Party member volunteers’inheritance,the relay system of Party andnon-Party members,and the guiding role of scientific research,the general Party branch blazes a new path for research and education in Dongcheng District and expands the depth and width of the service.Thus the organizational capability of the school general Party branch is effectively improved and the innovative development of their college promoted.
