疫情防控背景下成人学校党建工作对教学模式转变的督促指导作用的思考

2020年初暴发的新冠肺炎疫情,是传播速度极其迅速、感染范围较为广泛、预防控制难度极大的突发性公共卫生事件,是对国家在突发事件中应对能力的一次考验,同样也是对各大院校在疫情防控背景下完成教学任务的一种挑战。面对疫情,党建工作显得更加紧迫、更加重要。进一步夯实党建根基,加强党建引领作用和阵地建设,做好疫情防控的同时促进“停课不停学”见实效、见成效;促进疫情防控背景下的教学模式转变、教学创新,是当前疫情防控背景下教育行业每一位党务工作者最为紧迫的事情。在信息化较为发达、人们获取信息渠道多元化、舆情瞬息万变的今天,需要迎难而上勇于应对挑战,充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,在疫情防控背景下为提升教学创新提供动能、创造条件。

The world wide outbreak of COVID-19 at the beginning of 2020 is a severe public health emergency which has rapid spreading speed,wide range of infections and extremely difficult to prevent and control.It is not only a test of a country's ability to respond to emergencies,but also a great challenge to institutions of higher learning to fulfil their teaching tasks in the context of epidemic prevention and control.In the face of the epidemic,the Party building work becomes urgent and more important.It is absolutely imperative that every Party worker further consolidate the foundation and strengthen the leading role of Party building work,do a good job of COVID-19 control and at the same time meetthe requirement of“classes suspended,ongoing learning”initiative and reform and innovate the teaching pattern.Today,with relatively advanced informatization,diversified access to information and ever-changing public opinions,it is very important for the Party organization and Party members to play a leading role in meeting the challenge,providing momentum and creating conditions for teaching innovation under COVID-19 control.
