摘要
根据产出导向理念,财经类高校办学对外要服务国家发展战略、对内要遵循教育教学规律和符合学校的定位,其英语类专业人才培养目标可以定位为全球经济治理(国际发展合作)型英语人才。其共核目标是所有人才具有的综合素养和英语专业基本素养,特色目标是通晓各类常识、精于跨文化沟通、会多种语言、掌握全球经济治理与国际发展合作的基础知识,培养路径体现跨界、交叉、融合的特点,培养方式重在以通识教育为根基、以跨文化交际输出为驱动,提升其它外语和数据分析语言能力、融合英语专业和财经类高校优势专业知识。
According to the Outcome-based Education Theory,education in universities of finance and economics should not only serve the national development strategy(external need),but also follow general rules of education,and meet their development orientation(internal need).Accordingly,their English professionals can be trained to be specialized in global economic governance(international development and cooperation).The common core objective is to equip them with general literacies required for all professionals and basic literacies of the English discipline.The distinguishing goal is to help them to be familiar with the general knowledge,to be proficient in cross-cultural communication,to know multiple languages,and to master the basic knowledge of global economic governance,and international development and cooperation.The training approaches are characterized by interdisciplinary integration.The training modes focus on being based on the general education,being driven by cross-cultural communication production,enhancing the abilities of knowing other foreign languages and analyzing data,and integrating knowledge of the English discipline and outstanding disciplines in universities of finance and economics.
