摘要
本文在梳理国际组织人才特质的基础上,构建以国际组织人才培养为导向的外语教学目标体系,提出以"融合"和"超学科"为核心理念的特色英语课程建设原则;以本校外语教学改革实践为例,讨论在财经类高校基于国际组织人才培养的特色英语课程设置和教学模式的实施路径,并采用量化数据统计、个案追踪等方法论证该方案的效果。
Based on the conclusion of the qualities of talents for international organizations,this essay constructs the teaching objectives system for the cultivation of talents for international organizations,and proposes"transdisciplinary integration"as the principle for the establishment of English curriculum.It also takes the foreign language teaching reform in Guangdong University of Finance and Economics as an example,exploring the path to the construction of English curriculum and teaching model targeting the cultivation of talents for international organizations.Finally,by employing statistical analysis and longitudinal investigation,it demonstrates the effect of the curriculum and teaching model.
