基于DSP的机载线缆连接型间歇故障原位检测系统 被引量:2

摘要 当前机载线缆检测主要针对线缆开展导通、阻抗、绝缘等功能测试,通常关注的指标均是“平均值”,对于连接型间歇故障等短时异常事件极易忽略。针对机载线缆连接型间歇故障的原位检测开展研究工作,梳理了机载线缆连接型间歇故障检测问题的国内外研究现状,分析了机载线缆连接型间歇故障的发生机理,研制了一套基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)的机载线缆连接型间歇故障原位检测系统,并详细介绍了该系统的检测机理和软硬件结构。经实验测试,该系统对于机载线缆时长100 ns的短时连接型间歇故障检测率优于95%,为飞行器基地级维修过程中快速检测机载线缆连接型间歇故障提供了新的方法。 At present,functional tests such as conduction,impedance,and insulation are mainly carried out for airborne cable detection.Usually,the concerned indicators are“average”,and it is easy to ignore short-term abnormal events such as intermittent faults of the connection type.The in-situ detection of airborne cable-connected intermittent faults is studied.The research status of in-situ detection of airborne cable-connected intermittent faults at home and abroad is summarized.The mechanism of occurrence of airborne cable connection intermittent faults is analyzed.A set of in-situ detection system for airborne cable-connected intermittent faults based on digital signal processor(DSP)is developed,and the detection mechanism and software and hardware structures are introduced.According to the experimental tests,the detection rate of the system for the short-time connection intermittent faults with a length of 100 ns on airborne cables is better than 95%,which provides a new method for the rapid detection of airborne cable connection intermittent faults during aircraft base-level maintenance.
