Compnehensive Evaluation of Water Ecological Security in Shandong Province Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method

摘要 基于2010—2018年山东省水环境生态安全综合指数,借助压力-状态-响应模型,建立山东省水生态安全评价体系;利用层次分析法和熵权法对评价指标客观权重和主观权重进行计算。结果表明:2010—2018年山东省水生态压力层评价指标呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,水环境承受压力在2015—2018年间下降明显;状态层评价指标与综合评价指标变化趋势基本一致,水生态现状对水生态系统安全具有重要影响;响应层评价指标波动明显,并在2015年后持续增大,水生态治理相关措施的实施逐渐发挥效益。 Based on water environment ecological security comprehensive indexes of Shandong province during 2010 to 2018,with the aid of pressure-state-response model,a Shandong provincial water ecological security evaluation system was established.Analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method were used to calculate objective weights and subjective weights of evaluation indicators.The results show that the evaluation indices of pressure layer of water ecology in Shandong province from 2010 to 2018 show an upward change trend and then a downward change trend,indicating that the pressure on water environment decreases significantly from 2015 to 2018.Change trends of the evaluation indices of state layer and the comprehensive evaluation indices are basically the same,which indicates important impact of water ecological status on water ecosystem security.The evaluation indices of response layer fluctuate significantly and continue to increase after 2015,indicating that the implementation of measures related to water ecological management gradually exert benefits.
