国土空间生态修复背景下区域生态安全格局构建及优化——以四川省龙门山地区为例 被引量:3

Construction and Optimization of Regional Ecological Security Pattern in the Context of the Ecological Restoration of Territorial Space——A Case Study of Longmen Mountain Area,Sichuan Province

摘要 国土空间生态修复是国土空间规划的重要组成部分,生态安全格局是国土空间生态修复的重要空间优化途径。对于灾害频发、生态脆弱的地区,生态安全格局构建能够有效规避地质灾害,提升区域生态安全,促进生态环境与社会经济协调发展。以四川省龙门山地区12个县市为研究对象,基于最小累积阻力模型(MCR)构建生态安全格局和城镇扩张适宜性格局,并提出优化布局体系。结果表明:(1)识别生态源地26处,面积为5618.75 km^(2),主要分布在西部的林地区域和东部自然保护区内;(2)提取生态廊道35条,识别生态节点30个,整体呈西部密集、东部稀疏空间分布格局;(3)基于生态安全格局和城镇扩张适宜性格局识别冲突区,其面积为1877.5 km^(2),占区域总面积的5.7%,主要分布在东部城市地区;(4)提出"两带、三廊、四区、六组团、多中心"优化布局体系,为国土空间生态修复提供指引。 The ecological restoration of territorial space is an important part of territorial spatial planning,and the ecological security pattern is an important optimization approach for ecological restoration of territorial space.Especially for the areas with frequent disasters and fragile ecological environment,to construct ecological security patterns can effectively avoid geological disasters,improve regional ecological security,and promote the coordinated development of the ecological environment and social economy.In the present study,12 counties and cities in the Longmen Mountain area of Sichuan province were used as the case study area.Based on the minimum cumulative resistance model(MCR),the ecological security pattern and the urban expansion suitability pattern were constructed,and the ecological security pattern was optimized.The results demonstrated that:(1)26 ecological sources were extracted with an area of 5618.75 km2,mainly distributed in the western mountain forest area as well as the eastern nature reserves;(2)35 ecological corridors and determine 30 ecological nodes were constructed,presenting a spatial pattern which is dense in the west and sparse in the east;(3)Based on the ecological security pattern and the urban expansion suitability pattern,the conflict zone was identified,with an area of 1877.5 km2,accounting for 5.7%of the total area,which are mainly distributed in the eastern cities of the Longmen Mountain area;(4)An optimized layout system with"two zones,three corridors,four districts,six clusters,and multiple centers"was proposed to provide policy guidance for the ecological restoration of territorial space.
