基于“格局—过程—设计”模式的未来社区景观更新方法研究——以杭州市五联西苑为例 被引量:6

摘要 随着中国城市化的快速发展,老旧小区的升级更新诉求逐渐成为城市发展必须直面的问题之一。浙江省"十四五"时期将全面推行未来社区建设,聚焦人本化、生态化和数字化的"三化"融合。而如何在社区空间形态和建筑场景营造中实现"三化"融合,关乎未来社区建设的成败。在此背景下,选取杭州市西湖区五联西苑为研究对象,基于景观生态学的"格局—过程—设计"模式分析了该小区的既有景观特征以及现存问题。同时从建筑学角度,在"斑块""廊道"和"基质"三个层面开展面向未来社区建设的景观更新设计方法的研究。相关研究成果能够为为城市老旧小区空间调整和生态化改造提供新的规划设计分析方法、设计依据与设计理念。 With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the demand for upgrading and renewal of old residential areas has gradually become one of the problems,that urban development must face directly.During the 14th five-year plan of Zhejiang province,the construction of"Future Community"will be fully implemented,focusing on the integration of humanization,ecology and digitalization.And how to achieve the integration above in the residential space form and architectural scene creation is related to the success or failure of the future community construction.In this context,with Wulian West Community in Xihu District of Hangzhou selected as the research object,the existing landscape characteristics and existing problems of the community were analyzed based on the"pattern-process-design"model of landscape ecology.Then,from the perspective of architecture,the landscape renewal design methods for future community construction were carried out at three aspects,including"the patch""the corridor"and"the matrix".The research results can provide new planning and design analysis methods,design basis and design concepts for the spatial adjustment and ecological transformation of old residential areas.
