文旅农融合视角下莫干山乡村民宿发展研究

Study on the Development of Rural Homestay in Moganshan from the Perspective of Integration of Culture, Tourism and Agriculture

文旅农融合发展推动了乡村民宿的形式多样化,莫干山地区通过文旅农融合发展乡村民宿,不仅改变了当地农民单一的收入渠道,也改变了当地的旅游环境,同时带动了乡土文化、休闲农业与乡村旅游的发展。以文旅农融合为视角,分析浙江莫干山乡村民宿发展现状及其发展困境,最后提出构建独具特色设计风格的乡村民宿、提升乡村民宿管家服务素养、发挥乡村民宿行业协会的协调带动作用、发掘乡村民宿文化传承的价值等发展对策。

The development of the integration of culture, tourism and agriculture has promoted the diversification of the forms of rural homestay. Through the integration of culture, tourism and agriculture, the development of rural homestay in Moganshan has not only changed the single income channel of local farmers, but also changed the local tourism environment, at the same time, it has promoted the development of local culture, leisure agriculture and rural tourism.This paper, from the perspective of the integration of culture, tourism and agriculture, analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the development of the rural homestay in Moganshan, Zhejiang. Finally, the paper puts forward some development countermeasures, such as constructing the unique design style of the rural homestay, improving the service quality of the rural homestay housekeeper, giving full play to the coordinating and leading role of the rural homestay industry association, and exploring the value of the rural homestay culture inheritance.
