防治返贫视域下湖南农村电商扶贫实施路径研究

Research on the Implementation Path of Poverty Alleviation in Hunan Rural E-commerce from the Perspective of Preventing Poverty

随着扶贫工作的不断推进,全国贫困县全部摘帽,防治返贫开始成为全社会的关注焦点。通过对湖南省电商扶贫的基本情况及当前扶贫工作存在的问题进行分析,结合可致返贫的三大影响因素,提出推动农村电商持续稳定发展、提高脱贫户风险应对能力的4大举措从而实现防治返贫的目标。

With the continuous progress of poverty alleviation, all the poor counties in China have taken off their hats, and the prevention and control of returning to poverty has become the focus of the whole society. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Hunan Province and the problems existing in the current poverty alleviation work, combined with the three factors that can lead to poverty alleviation, this paper puts forward four measures to promote the sustainable and stable development of rural e-commerce and improve the risk response ability of poverty alleviation households, so as to achieve the goal of preventing and controlling poverty alleviation.
